Financial Transaction Information

SHIPPING

Green Valley Community Church offers shipping through the United States Postal Service.  We charge $1.00 shipping for tickets purchased and $5.00 shipping for books.  Items are shipped within 3-5 days once the order has been submitted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

In the event that you are unable to attend a conference, event or class that you have registered for here are your options:

Christmas Musical and Dinner Theater
Refunds are not available for ticketed events.  However, if there are tickets available on another date we will gladly exchange them for you.

Green Valley Community Conferences and Retreats
You must cancel 30 DAYS prior to the event.  There is a $50 fee deducted from the original amount registration amount for all cancellations.

Green Valley Life Skill’s Classes
Refunds are not available for Life Skill Classes. If you contact us prior to the class beginning to let us know you won’t be able to attend, your registration can be transferred to another person or the next available date for no charge.  If you contact us after the class has begun, no transfers are available.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped.  All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or email.  Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and will be replaced or given a full refund.
